2. Reservations and Booking

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • A reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from WNY Black Car.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate details including pickup time, location, and contact information.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or service issues.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing is based on service type, distance, time, and vehicle selection.
  • Quotes are subject to change if trip details are modified.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Waiting time
    • Extra stops
    • Tolls and parking
    • Holiday or peak-time service
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to require deposits or full prepayment for certain reservations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers must cancel within the timeframe provided at booking to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full or partial charges.

5. Waiting Time

  • Non-airport pickups typically include a limited waiting time.
  • Additional waiting time may be charged after the grace period expires.

6. Passenger Conduct

To ensure safety and quality service:

  • Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.
  • No illegal activities are permitted in the vehicle.
  • Smoking, vaping, or use of prohibited substances is not allowed.
  • Excessive mess, damage, or misuse of the vehicle may result in additional charges.

WNY Black Car reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning Fees

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service, including:

  • Interior or exterior damage
  • Spills, stains, or excessive cleaning requirements
  • Vomit or biohazard-related cleaning

Applicable repair or cleaning fees will be charged accordingly.

8. Delays and Service Limitations

  • WNY Black Car is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or events beyond our control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and provide updates when possible.
  • In rare cases, vehicle substitution may be necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to delays beyond our control.
  • Personal belongings left in vehicles are the responsibility of the passenger.

If an item is left in a vehicle:

  • Return or delivery fees may apply
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed items
